Othman Al-Dajani established in 1994 the Law Firm of Attorney AL-Dajani («LFOD») in Dammam and Riyadh. First: Academic Qualifications

  • Bechelor of sharia from imam bin mohammed islamic  university.
  • Postgraduate diploma in law from the public administration institute ( equivalent to master degree ).
  • Master degree in sharia & law from the gulf university of bahrain.

Experience in bank legal works gained from holding the following positions:

  1. Legal Consultant of Rajhi Banking Company 1992 - 1994.
  2. Legal Consultant of the Arab National Bank 1994 – 1996.
  3. Head of the Legal Dept. at the Saudi Fransi Bank 1996 – 1998.

I gained legal experience through my work in my own law office which has been licensed since 1415H ( 1994G) as following activities:

  1. The work of Shari>a courts and the Board of Grievances, the commercial, insurance, bank and customs committees and other committees with legal jurisdiction.
  2. Experience in disputes settlement to the best interest of my clients.
  3. Experience in wording local or int’l commercial contracts
  4. Experience in contracting laws under the “ Goods Standard Int’l Sale Contract Convention” of the United Nations according to “UNIDROIT Principles of Int’l commercial contracts “
  5. Experience in the laws of the World Trade Organization: Trips, Gats, and Gatt.

Fourth: Languages

Arabic language is my mother tongue and master in the English language.

Fifth: Educational efforts & Contributions

  • I prepared several researches and studies related to comparative law, research in commercial arbitration and principles of wording int’l commercial contracts.
  • I was in charge of the weekly legal page at Alyaoum Daily which was issued on Tuesday for 2 years and writer of the Editorial word, writer of the commercial contracts column and occasionally the column of Question & answer.
  • I edited the weekly page of the legal affairs in Al Youm Journal for 18onths
  • I made a research on analysis of the law of companies governmentalization.
  • Research on justice affairs published at Al Adl , Dawa and Yamam magazines and in Aliqtisadia and AL Youm dailies in addition to other renowned papers.

Thanks to God, my interest in developing my legal expertise and adherence to the highest standards of honesty generated trust of people and thus many internal and external individuals and entities entrusted to us their legal issues.
